Hill-Raaum-Pietromonaco purchased 20300 Woodinville Snohomish Road NE in Woodinville, WA, from W.A. Botting Co. for $7.5 million, or about $166 per square foot.

The 45,109-square-foot industrial building was built in 1973 and renovated in 1999. It sits on 3.5 acres southwest of Wellington Hills Golf Course.

Rob Hogan of Sun Valley Brokers LLC in Ketchum, ID, represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house.
